When can we pick up our ski equipment?

You can pick up your ski equipment any time after 2pm the day before you wish to rent, with the exception of Christmas Day when we are closed. Please check out our recommended reservation cut-off details shown below.

Our store is open 8am-9pm Monday to Saturday and 8am-7pm on Sunday from November 30, 2017 - Easter long weekend 2018.

Reservation cut-off details - peak Christmas/New Year period (Dec 18 - Jan 3)

Our reservation form operates a noon MST + 2 day cut-off for rentals between December 18 - January 3. If you use these simple rules you'll be able to pick up your equipment in good time for a great day on the slopes.

Book online before noon MST - You will be able to pick up your rental equipment after 2pm in two days time; rental contract starts the day after that.

Book online after noon MST - You will be able to pick up your rental equipment after 2pm in three days time; rental contract starts the following day.

For example:

Book online before noon MST Monday, pick up your equipment after 2pm Wednesday for a rental contract start Thursday.

Book online after noon MST Monday, pick up your equipment after 2pm Thursday for a rental contract start Friday.

Our reservation form operates a noon MST cut-off for next day rental, with the exception of the peak Christmas/New Year period when it's noon + 2 days. If you use these simple rules you'll be able to pick up your equipment in good time for a great day on the slopes.

Book online before noon MST - You will be able to pick up your rental equipment after 2pm the same day; rental contract starts the following day.

Book online after noon MST - You will be able to pick up your rental equipment after 2pm the next day; rental contract starts the following day.

For example:

Book online before noon MST Monday, pick up your equipment after 2pm Monday for a rental contract start Tuesday.

Book online after noon MST Monday, pick up your equipment after 2pm Tuesday for a rental contract start Wednesday.

Are you having difficulties booking last minute?

Can I exchange my gear and try different skis or snowboard?

Absolutely, you can exchange your product and try something else.

What is the difference between Standard and High Performance equipment?

Standard equipment is typically shorter and softer flexing which makes it easier to learn and add more confidence to your ski or snowboarding experience. Suitable for the individual who feels most confidence riding on green runs and the odd blue groomed run.

High performance equipment is designed to ski or ride the whole mountain. They will increase your experience on the mountain. If you like blue to black runs, powder or the bowls, let one of our expert technicians guide you to pick the right product for the day.

What's in a ski package rental?

Ski package rentals contain: skis, bindings, boots & poles.

What's in a skis only rental?

Ski only rentals contain: skis and bindings.

What's in a snowboard package rental?

Snowboard package rentals contain: board, bindings & boots.
